HOW AB Planned Supports Work
As a Registered NDIS Plan Manager
As your appointed plan manager, we take on the responsibility for paying your support providers and submitting claims to the NDIS portal.
To pay for your supports, you can simply choose one of the following options:
Set up a standing authorisation letting us know about your service providers and sending us their service agreements with you (if you have a copy).
We will process authorised invoices within 2 business days, provided that you have a current NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) plan. We will also send monthly activity statements to assist you in tracking your funding balances.
